All new students must first complete and submit a program application form. This form may be obtained in person only at the Admissions and Registration Office of Seneca's King Campus, or it can be downloaded online and printed. Please send the completed form to:

Subject/Workshop Registration

Following acceptance into the program, a seperate Subject/Workshop Registration form must be filled out. This form may be obtained in person only at the Admissions and Registration Office of Seneca's King Campus, or it can be downloaded online and printed. Please send the completed form to:

Depending on space availability, subjects may be taken for professional development purposes on an individual bases without formally applying to the program. To request approval to take a course for professional development, contact Cheryl Sams, 416.491.5050 x5318.
